Benjamin Holland / Product Manager / Seattle
Good questions.
Useful products.
A little adventure.
I turn complex technology into products people can actually use. Currently building enterprise AI at Lucidworks. Usually building something else on the side.

02 / The person behind the products
Comfortable in
the details.
Curious about
the bigger picture.

I’m a product manager with an engineer’s understanding of the machinery and an economist’s interest in the tradeoffs.
At Lucidworks, I own product direction across enterprise AI and platform experiences, including the core UI and usability experience. My work connects customer discovery, product strategy, hands-on prototyping, and the decisions that get a team moving.
I came to product through search engineering, working directly with enterprise and government customers. That experience still shapes how I work: understand the actual problem, get close to the details, and make something useful.
These days, I’m particularly interested in how AI changes the way we build products. I use it to connect research, explore ideas, and get from a question to something I can test.
